- I'm working on interplanetary procedurally generated cities while maintaining 30+ FPS in Unreal Engine 5.1. Travel between planets is seamless.
- When completed, this won't be just an open world– it will be an open galaxy.
- Although the galaxy will be explorable, the game is centered around a singular planetary system.
- This is a solo dev game. I plan to upgrade it to UE 5.2 to take advantage of the experimental procedural generation tools.
- I'm using an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Super. I plan to continue optimizations to maintain and increase the 30+ FPS framerate.
