Planetary Foliage Spawner

I've modified the planetary foliage spawner to spawn trees only in a specific region of the planet.
The green lines represent successful spawning since the voxel location is 4 meters above sea level or above and is a voxel mesh.
The red lines represent unsuccessful spawning since the location is outside of the chosen parameters.
